Important information regarding picking up your iPad

Decatur Central High School students in grades 9-12  will have additional times to pick up their school issued iPad

Monday July 27th from 9:00 am to 11:00am in the school media center

Tuesday  and Wednesday  7:00 am to 8:00 am  

All week in the students CCR class. 

Students must have  iPad agreement form with student and parent signatures, proof of registration  and payment info.

Before leaving  you must have registered your iPad  with an Apple ID. You can use a current Apple ID or make one  see directions. 

School ipads will only be given to the DCHS student, parents, guardian and friends may not pick up the iPad.

It will save time if students come prepared by knowing their network login and also have an AppleID with password.

If you do not have an apple ID you will be ask to make one at school or home. You will also need your personal email address. If you do not have your personal email address, you will also be asked to create one. Directions are listed below.

What is an Apple ID?

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use to access Apple services like the App

Store, iTunes Store, iCloud, iMessage, the Apple Online Store, FaceTime, and more.

Why do I need an Apple ID?

Using an Apple ID allows you to download applications from the app store and use

all the services Apple has to offer. The most notable feature this enables automated

back-ups for your device to prevent the loss of data. Having an Apple ID also allows

Decatur Schools to assign applications to your device.

I already have an Apple ID do I need to make another?

If you already have an Apple ID you do not need to create another you can use that

account. Please confirm that you can log into your account by navigating to the

following link: https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage. If you can successfully log

into your accounts please write down your account information and bring this

information to registration. If you can not log into your account please try and use the

iForgot recovery tool https://iforgot.apple.com to regain access to your account. If

you are not able to recover your account please make a new Apple ID.
