The MSD Decatur Township School Board of Education completed their annual Reorganization meeting on January 9th, 2024.
The following positions were nominated and approved:
Mr. Larry Taylor, President
Mrs. Estella Vandeventer, Vice President
Mr. Dale Henson, Secretary and Education Foundation Advisory Member
Mr. Chase Lyday, Legislative Liaison
Mrs. Judith Collins, SSSMC Advisory Board
Mr. Kirk Farmer, Treasurer
Mrs. Dawn Lee, Deputy Treasurer
The meeting day and time was established for the year as the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The compensation for Board Members will stay the same.
Interim Superintendent Dr. Hofer thanked the School Board for all they do to support the district and recognized that January is School Board Appreciation Month. We are Decatur Proud of our School Board Members!
