STATE-BOUND DC HAWKS FOOTBALL TEAM!!!

Heading into Thanksgiving Break, we are Decatur Proud to share that the DC Hawks Football Team won the Semi-State Championship last Friday, and will be competing to become the 5A State Champions against Ft. Wayne Snider at Lucas Oil Stadium this Friday, November 24th at 7 pm. We invite you to join us to cheer on the Hawks with both the game and the send-off described below.

November 24th, 7 pm ET Class 5A State Championship

The Decatur Central Hawks will be the visiting team and will be wearing white jerseys/uniforms. The Hawks will be located on the east sideline and fans will be seated on the east side of Lucas Oil Stadium.

Community Team Send-Off:

Bring your posters and noisemakers to the DCHS campus Friday (11/24) at 4:40 p.m. to help send off the Hawks in style! Fans can stand along both sides of the road between Devere Fair Stadium and the Decatur Township Fire Department to cheer for our team as their buses depart from campus on their way to Lucas Oil Stadium. We will need everyone lined up by 4:40. The line will start at the Rock going toward High School road. Mr. & Mrs. Tate will be there to assist everyone in lining up. The buses will be leaving at 4:45. Suggested parking is in the lots closest to Armstrong Pavilion, beside the rock, and the soccer field.
