Athletic Physical Night 2023 is open to all DCHS and DMS students interested in participating in a sport, band, or show choir during the 2023-2024 school year.
*6th grade students are eligible to compete in some middle school sports, so current 5th graders can participate in physical night as well.
Date: Monday, April 24, 2023
Time: 6:00-8:00 pm
Location: DCHS Main Gymnasium
Cost: $20 CASH or $22 PAYING WITH CARD
No Registration Required
Instructions: Students and 1 Parent/Guardian should enter through Door 16 (Athletics Door).
Masks/face coverings are not required. *subject to change
Sports Physicals are being provided by Community Health Network.
