6th Grade Immunizations

All 6th grade students are required by Indiana Code to receive a dose of Tdap and a meningitis shot (MCV4). Please bring proof of immunization to registration or send with your student on the first day of school. Parents of students with medical and/or religious waivers should see the nurses at registration or contact the nurses for the required forms.
