Tips for Completing a Ticket
- Building and room number.
- Record the exact wording of any error messages.
- List anything that might have caused the problem. i.e.; moving the machines location, power outage
- Serial number of the device(s).
- What program you are experiencing issues with as well as what those issues are in detail.
We are here to help you, Since we assist all District employees, it may take some time to fix your problem. You should get a response within 24 hours of submitting a ticket. At times, it may be necessary to get back with you at a later time, or refer you to someone else. Our staff strives to keep you informed and will continue to update your case periodically until it is resolved.
