DCHS Construction Trades Class at the Indiana State Fair

The Construction Trades 2 class from DCHS, led by Teacher, Mr. Owens, went to the Indiana State Fair on Wednesday August 10th.   The Indiana Kentucky Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters sponsored the day at the fair.  During the day, there were two sessions of time where the public could build free wooden toolboxes.  The Construction Trades students assisted the Carpenters Union with the morning session, helping to build approximately 250 tool boxes for people of all ages! Great work Hawks!
