Issues with iPad Passcode

If an iPad is disabled or a student forgets their passcode, restarting the iPad will not fix the problem.  The device will need to be reset via iTunes using a Mac or PC desktop/laptop .

It is strongly recommend that all students turn off the passcode option for their iPad. This will eliminate the possibility of an iPad being disabled due to a passcode issue.
