Updated Technology Support Information

This information is regarding the operation of MSD Decatur's Information Technology Department during normal operating business hours of 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.  

Due to staff working from home during the Covid-19 shut down if you are in need of account access support for instructional platforms such as Canvas or Pearson please call 317-856-2203. 

If you require support with an MSD Decatur’s Google account or the first and second-grade slide deck call  317-856-2220.

For  iPad support, login and hotspot issues call  317-856-2218

For questions regarding the eLearning lessons, directions, and activities created by your teachers it is recommended to contact them directly. 

For support for platforms including but not limited to MobyMax, Edulastic, Class Dojo, Seesaw, etc please contact your student’s teacher or your school office.
